How we value diamonds
We buy loose diamonds and diamond jewellery: rings, earrings, pendants and bracelets. Stones with GIA or IGI certificates are valued by the certificate grades and checked against the stone. Diamonds without a certificate are tested with instruments in front of you.
The price depends on carat weight, colour, clarity and cut. The gold setting is valued separately by weight and purity, so you are paid for both the metal and the stone.

How do you determine the purity?
With an X-ray fluorescence analyzer, no scratches or acid. The result appears on screen in seconds.
Can I sell a broken piece or a single earring?
Yes. The price depends on weight and purity; condition barely matters.
Do I need a receipt or tag?
No. You only need a passport or ID card for the purchase act.
How are items with stones valued?
Small stones are deducted from the weight. Diamonds from 0.3 ct are appraised separately and added to the gold price.
Why might the Telegram price differ from the office price?
Weight and purity can't be measured exactly from a photo. If they match, the price stays the same.
How do I get paid?
In cash, in UZS, right after the appraisal and signing the act.
